After years of seeing clients struggle with frustration over their healthcare costs and lack of quality services, we decided it was time to do something.

Assessing the current market and relying on the experience of a diverse group of colleagues, we believed employers wanted one thing more than any other - better understanding.

Employers, like patients, are smart people. And they will make the best decisions for their organizations - but only when they have unbiased insights and accurate information.

So we began interviewing people... a lot of people - business owners, executives, benefits managers, brokers, data vendors, even various third-party staff who provide "member services".

What we learned supported what we had previously witnessed - employers are often the least informed about their group's health yet carry the greatest responsibility to fund and deliver it. And what we know from experience is that, sadly, some parts of the industry use this to their advantage - overselling services and inflating outcomes.

The result? Employers are at risk for paying more and their employees are at risk for getting less.

We also discovered there are many reputable professionals in this space who want to help employers but are equally frustrated by the fragmentation of the benefits/service industry.

We believe one of the most pivotal pieces missing from most employer health decisions is physician-level knowledge and advocacy for the EMPLOYER.
